What's the difference between Six pack Shortcuts and Insane Home Fat Loss?

As you may know, Mike Chang actually has 2 separate programs as of this writing. One is Six Pack Shortcuts, and the other is called Insane Home Fat Loss. You may be wondering what the difference is between these 2  programs and which one is right for you.

Six Pack Shortcuts is a progressive program that combines resistance training with high intensity cardio. The awesome thing about Six Pack Shortcuts is that it actually helps you to build muscle and burn fat at the same time. Also, the fact that it's progressive is an advantage for beginners or anyone that isn't accustomed to high intensity training. The beginning phases get you ready for the later phases..

Insane Home Fat Loss, on the other hand, is a relatively simple high intensity cardio program. The disadvantages of Insane Home Fat Loss is that it doesn't build lean muscle, and it's not progressive. Don't get me wrong, Insane Home Fat Loss will definitely help you burn fat and lose weight, but it's not comprehensive like Six Pack Shortcuts.

If you only get one program, I believe it should be Six Pack Shortcuts. Building lean muscle is very important to keep your metabolism high, and a progressive program will lead to longer lasting results. Some people opt to combine the two programs which is great for anyone needing to lose more than 30 pounds or so.
